I found several mixes in Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss? ... =abba+seed

For your birds, I would use a budgie mix during the winter and a cockatiel one during breeding and molting season with some germinated soak seed two or three times a week (but make sure it has lots of green tips).

Would the Abba 1500 parrot diet mix be good for my 15 1/2 inch regent parrot or would the 2100 budgie mix (treat) be better? Sorry, I just want to get it right.

I use the 1600 for the budgies and the tiels during resting season and, during the breeding through the molting season, I use half 1600/half 1200 for the budgies and half 1600C/half 1200 for the tiels to which I add hemp seed (also from ABBA) as well as the germinated seed for which I use ABBA's soak seed but I don't just soak it, I sprout it instead, and give it to the passerines in a treat cup and mix it in the gloop for the parrots. I don't use the Parrot mix for any of my parrots (it has raw peanuts as well as all kinds of dried fruits which are, most likely, treated with sulfites). I don't use any mix that has fruits in it. What I do get for my large parrots to mix in with their seed mix is the 2400 (all nuts) which I roast in my oven as soon as I get it.
