I'm really sorry, for im sure this has been brought up many times on this forum before, but I couldnt find anything???
So does anyone have any gloop recipies or anything of the similar?

If you use the search box at the top of the page while in the nutrition, health and diet section typing in the word gloop it will give you every reference in the section to gloop and you just have to go through them to get the recipes.
