But wouldn't freezing it kind of nix the 'raw' part of it?

I don't freeze often, but tthe studies show that frozen preeserves vitamins and antioxidants,, so frozen is okay when you can't have fresh, It is cooking that really destroys a lot of the nutrition. Most of the raw parrot feeders use some frozen, but on the other hand most vegan whole food human eaters don't freeze. But frozen is still considered "raw"

Well, I have no choice but to use frozen because it's impossible to find locally sourced, organic produce all year round and, even during the summer when I can, the variety is very limited.

I use almost all the ingredients you listed only I cook the grains and pulses and I don't use collard greens, parsley or cilantro (too high in oxalates), very little kale and only the blue curly one (lower in sorbitol) and no sprouts outside of breeding season. But where do you get hemp seeds that you can sprout? Because, here in USA, they are all denatured.

Thats a good question Liz and one that raw people have debated a lot. Raw preserves a lot of the nutrition so when fresh isnt available and in the winter, where you can only get some foods that are shipped from the other side of the world frozen may be a better option than fresh, for many people. The vast majority of raw whole food experts, say that frozen is okay to use and still call it "raw". Some "raw" people will never freeze anything. I dont like to freeze either.

I use some collard, but I rotate all my fruits and vegetables in my own diet as well as my parrots so it is never over fed. Raw hemp nuts were hard to find. I found them from Reallyrawfoods and they get them from Saskatchewan. They sprout really well. In the US, I dont know where you would get them, but if you cant find them, I can ask Jason Crean. Let me know. Here is the link for where I order for the Canadians, and you may be able to get them to ship to the USA, but your customs may have a problem. http://realrawfood.com/

I have been familiar with hemp all of my life and thought that I had seen just about everything in regards to hemp, but I have never once heard of hemp nuts. So what is a hemp nut?

A hemp nut is hemp seed...but I mentioned hemp nut to help people find raw hemp seed that can be sprouted as raw sites tend to call it hemp nut. It is very hard to find hemp you can sprout.
