You can also give him a good bath every morning. The birdroom has a humidifier going on all winter long but I can't put one in the dining room because the high humidity would destroy my draperies and furniture so what I do is spray the birds two or three times a week and wet the papers I put on the cages bottom trays the days I don't. It appears to have worked so far...

My guy hates having his medicine applied as well but thanks for all the great info.
