Converting to Pellets

Mango eats a Cockatiel seed mix and fresh veg and fruit but I would like him to eat pellets.I gave him some before and he didn't touch them so how can I get him to eat them? I have tried mixing them with seeds too.

I just made him Pellets mixed with seed and water and it looks like he is eating it.
