Green Tea

Postby Wolf » Sun Feb 14, 2016 10:07 am

I realize that this link is about what happened to a human and not to a parrot, but then it would probably not have made it into the news if it had been a parrot. I thought that with the discussions that we have had recently over liver diseases and possible causes that I should bring this to your attention.

This is good to know. I have been drinking green tea. My liver is already damaged so no more green tea for me.

Well anything in concentrated excess can be dangerous. He probably got a year's supply of green tea from each pill.

I can see a parrot owner thinking concentrated green tea would be good for their parrot...

Everything in moderation, as the saying goes. Coffee makes me sick and black tea winds me up too much, so green tea is my best friend when things get rough. I get so hyper myself from just a tiny bit of caffeine that the thought of Fajr getting some is a bit scary :P

Ha-ha ! I practically live on black coffee. I like hot black tea in moderation, but do not like it with sugar or anything in it, just straight up black tea.

I love coffee. To keep from waking others in the house I make a pot of coffee and put it in a thermal pot. I put the pot and a cup on my dresser so I can indulge without disturbing the rest of the house. I also like cola. It is a wonder that my blood has not changed color.
