I've been putting some ACV in my bird's water. About a half-teaspoon per cup, but the bird will bathe in her water dish.
Will the acid be harmful to her feathers and oils?

Not that I am aware of, but if you are concerned and if the bird will allow it you could mist it after it bathes in the water bowl, just to be more certain.
