hi everyone I am cooking lentils draining water then adding can whole kernal sweet corn, fancy cut green beans and great northern beans because couldn't find white beans those are all can foods except lentils are in a bag with a sprinkle of seed is all them products good?? and is that an alright recipe I plan to change it up?? THANKS

Great northern are usually white beans and the other white beans could be called navy beans. I would at least add in some rice and some old fashioned oats if you have either on hand. Beans and lentils primary purpose in my gloop is to provide protein. they are an incomplete protein, but the addition of rice will provide a more complete protein as both are incomplete in a different way and it is together that they provide a complete protein. Whole grains would be much better. There is nothing in what you suggested that will be harmful to your bird but even without the rice the protein level is too high which isn't going to hurt them as long as it get improved as too much protein for too long is not good.
