I would also be concerned about the screaming if he were mine too. Something is amiss and bothering him for him to be doing this. As was mentioned in another post; a bird does not scream for no reason. I'm glad you came looking for help for him.

Do you mind if I ask a few questions? Maybe we, as a group can zoom in on some possible causes and comforts for Parrotas, By the way, I love your birds names. Do they have specific meaning?

Is Parrotas bonded with Carrote?
What size is their cage?
What is their diet?
How much 'out of cage' exercise time do they get daily?
How many hours of sleep does he get each night? Does this vary day to day?
You mention Parrotas only screams when it's sunny. What does he do on non-sunny days?
You mention he calms down in the evening (when there's no sun) and when he is let out of his cage in the evening to play and exercise. Is there any possibility that there is some reflection of some sort from the sun into the cage, off the wall, etc. that is bothering him?
What does he do that you would describe as annoying?
What signs does he exhibit that make you worry that he may be depressed?
What do you do when he is screaming?
Do you call to him to let him know where you are? If you do, does he answer back in a different tone or continue with the same scream.
Do you play music or television for them?
When was the last time he had a vet check and blood tests?
