There are several recipes of it, from simple to more complicated, in the diet section but, basically, it's just half-cooked ('al dente' so the outside is soft while the inside is still hard) whole grains, beans (I use only the small white beans) and/or lentils (I use the round black ones), and chopped frozen veggies (because frozen is more nutritious than fresh unless you grow them yourself or get them from a local farmer and use them right away).
