All the advice above is sound advice if you were talking to a normal person that just wanted a little education about birds. If this lady is a true Hypo, then everything you tell her or show her is ammo for her to get sick. For example, you show her the vet report that the bird is healthy and it lists several diseases that the bird checked negative for, she will see the disease and not the negative check mark. Since you landlord rented to you and your bird then that would be the person to show all the checkups and info to, if they ever ask. Good luck with your neighbor, keep her off subject maybe mention the pigeon poop on the roof or the bats in the attic.

Don't let her in your apartment and do not discuss your bird with her. Change the subject so she does not dwell on it. If she starts anyway just walk away after you tell her how much you love your bird.
