These are just pictures and a video of what looks to be a lovebird with PBFD but I don't know what to think... I've never seen a bird with a perfect beak and claws suffering from such an advance case of PBFD that feathers no longer grow - I don't even know if that is possible. Also, the disease does not only attack the feathers and the beak, it attacks internal organs. I have to admit that looking at this bird so naked bothered me something terrible... I think I would have found something to dress her with, like a baby sock or something.
