I'd be careful giving nuts to cockatoos. They're pretty nuts already.

A little nut is fine for both conures and cockatiels if they like it. I used to limit the sunflower seeds if the those species had a little piece of nut to balance the fat.

Yes, a bit is fine as long as there is no other 'fatty' seed or item in the menu. It's all a matter of balance.
