African Grey missing some hair at its feet?

Hi there,

I have a 2 year old African Grey. She gets alot of attention every day and is very tame, and has a huge cage with alot of toys. She spends around 6-8hours a day out of her cage. When she is in her cage she doesn't get bored, she always seems to be playing.

Today I noticed she is missing some hair at her left feet, what could this be?

You mean feathers lol, I wouldn't worry about a few missing they could be just out of place if there was lots missing then id be concerned.

Well, there seem to be at least one if not two feathers missing in that 'naked' spot and the one to the right shows a very uneven edge which could mean barbering... Legs are one of the first spots they start plucking so keep an eye on her to see if this is just a fluke or the beginning of FDB.
