Do you add vitamin supplements to your bird's water or food? Or do you think your bird eats enough of a variety of foods alone to get all of them?

I don't add anything.

I think with the diverse diet they get here, they don't need any supplements.
Each time I go to the vet, she says they are quite healthy, quite muscular and have gorgeous feathers.

I think a well balanced diet is key.

I just started adding liquid drops to water and pellets.

Harley is very fickle with his food and I am not the best at getting him to eat new things neither. Not to mention we were without nuts of any type for some time and he doesn't like much more than grapes and water melon for fruits. I continue to try and give broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, carrots and just about anything else but he usually passes. I even tried squeezing a grape or two over everything but that didn't work. I have also tried a little bit of peanut butter on everything but he just licked it off.

I still buy it and offer it tho.
