Oat milk

Another vegan alternative to cows milk (I keep some unsweetened almond milk for my birds' 'tea')

Note that the Vit D that is listed in the nutritional label must have been added by the manufacturer because oats do not contain any vit D.

Oat milk is life! I love it in my coffee as my favorite milk alternative, but I limit it because of glycemic reasons (it is higher in sugars than other alternative milks).
I figured that the vitamin D is added, as well as other supplements.

I've tried all kinds of 'milks' but I do not like any of them -well, maybe I should rephrase that... I don't dislike almond milk (I would never consider drinking soy milk) but it changes the taste of tea and coffee so I don't use it.
