explained (this is one of the reasons why dehydrated fruit is no good for parrots, it needs to be raw and whole)

Now, my parrots don't get avocados, kefir or raw honey but I have been debating giving them some organic sauerkraut because it's quite sour and they do love sour... I will do more research about it.
