please help i dont know what he is doing??? =o

hi most of you know i have a sunconure who is about around 8 months i think? anyway skeeter sometimes does this: he willl be on me usually my hand and all of asudden get incredibly poofy or puffy and start doing this foot shifting and slight shaking and then violently bobbing his head or should i say quickly? anyway then i hear this noise like he burbed up food and then swallowed it or brought up something and i have read it could be regurgitating? its only when hes on me and he doesent do it alot but the night like tonight when he does it once he usually does it several more times so ... also when he does this he can be moody like acting sweet and then suddenly start lunging at me like do you know what im talking about? it almost looks aggressive and its very random he will just suddemly lunge at my face veery quickly and once i tried doing it back and he did it back and i dont know its just wierd so thankyou so much for any replys i just dont knkow what he is thinking when he does this thanks again
