Seriously, I know nothing about what is healthy and what isn't, or how to tell if something is healthy or not. ELI5, for my own good.

I had to search for the meaning of ELI5 because I had no idea what it meant (For the other old people like me who can't keep track of all the new words and all these new acronysms created for texting, ELI5 means Explain It to me as if I was 5 years old - cute, ain't it?
