Gender and male mutation bias

Postby Pajarita » Fri Dec 27, 2019 11:51 am

This is a SUPER interesting paper but, as usual, even though this affects birds, it was not studied on them. It's about sex determination systems AND male mutation bias (something that has been observed in birds as well as mammals, fish, etc) - basically, the different systems nature uses to determine the gender and the fact that males mutate more than females.
