The truth about coconut oil

AHA!!! I love it when I am right (not that I am one to say "I told you so"... :lol: ) but, as I suspected, coconut oil is bad for cholesterol and the heart (not that I am genius, mind you, but it is saturated fat so it made no sense to believe that it's good for the cardiovascular system). I use olive oil for the bird (they love baked potatoes with a drizzle of it)

This is a bird forum so we only talk things related to birds although we also post on other animals and the environment but, as an FYI, I use olive oil and canola.
