My bird keeps on spitting his seeds out !

My conure keeps on spitting all his seeds out of his mouth rapidly. He always feed my senegal, but now he will just perch and my shoulder and spit seeds. What is he doing ? ! And why ?

Maybe he is trying to feed you? My senegal will do that sometimes.
