Excellent news!

If Norma is anything like Nickel (my CAG) she'll love cheese! Nickel asks for it when she sees me take it out of the fridge.

"Want some cheese???"

She only gets a bit, but it's a regular treat. Same with scrambled eggs...

Oh man, Jake would need his own chicken if I let him eat as much scrambled eggs as he would like

Rrrma: I just remembered the first week we had Jake. I didn't know that they don't go potty when they sleep, so when I first watched Jake take his morning poo, I just about died! I made my hubby look at it, I didn't think it was normal, nor possible, for such a small bird to make one that big

Yes, their morning business is not a pleasant sight ;) I particularly hate it when they hit one of their perches. I'm not a fan of going in and cleaning up that mess

Finally got her bloodwork back and everything is good. He said her protein was down a little, but that is what we realized at the checkup anyway and I've added yogurt/bone/egg to her diet.

So I will continue monitoring her weight, get it back up a little, but in the past week her droppings have been more consistently full of feces and not just the urine/clear. So I think we will be fine :D
