No grit or gravel, senegals do not need it!

And try getting a good quality pelleted food to supplement the feed you are currently giving if you still can't get her eating fruits and veggies to ensure proper nutrition. Seed-based diets alone may very well lead to an unhealthy bird and a shortened life-span. get plenty of bird-safe toys too, sennies love climbing so maybe a nice bird-net to climb on, tons of perches, foot toys (my Galileo loves crinkle balls!) and maybe some parrot-safe wooden blocks to gnaw on.

I use a finch nest that I hang in her cage and stuff it with nuts, grapes, and hay; Galileo likes to forage in there for food.

Oh and guinea pig huts are awesome for them to chew on, too! My cockatiel can't get enough of those little wooden hamster sticks, and he also likes his bird swing. A swing is a must for every bird! Well...at least I think so. :D

Cathy- I would very highly suggest you hit the library and get books on parrots. You sound like a great but uninformed owner who wants to know as much as you can, and that is the best type of owner there is!!! Try reading a basic care book, I am sure it will help you! (Do they have "Pois for Dummies?" :D) Hope that helps.
