how big are the small parrot size harrisons pellets? i know the regular coarse are way too big for my guys, and i was wondering about putting them on it, i just didn't know if that in between size would be right.

I got a little 1 lb bag of the coarse, and my senegal would eat them, but of course waste. I've got probably 2 more weeks of the coarse left, and then I'll open the fine bag I just bought. Or I could open it now and start mixing them. Yes. I think I'll do that. Because Im curious too.

They're a SMIDGE larger than the parakeet pellets for zupreem, but not anywhere near as large as the cockatiel pellets. And not perfectly round balls, more like cylinders of food that got chopped into cube-like little pieces.

I was kind of hoping for perfectly round, because the cockatiel pellets, if they're perfectly round, my bird swallows them whole. NO MESS. haha.

hmm dont know if my guys would go for such a small size-- roudybush was a huge step for them, it freaked them out at first but they are ok with it now. maybe harrisons sometime in the future. lol
