2tbsp of rice / 2 tbsp of mung beans (pre soaked) / 1/4 cup of whole wheat pasta...any kind / 2 tbs of couscous / 1/4 cup of frozen mixed veggies / 2 tbs of organic porridge(oats , flax seeds ,bran)...they go bonkers for it...heck they squawk as I am cooking....lol I serve it warm ad zap for 10 sec in the am....great stuff! :senegal: ....any ways are there any other neat recipes out there?
