I know the red palm nut is a huge source of food for Greys in Africa... is that also true of Capes/Brown Necks/Grey Necks/Uncapes? :P I don't know what to replace that with and it seems to be a primary food source for Greys and probably pois as well.

As a newby to this forum, i'm reading and trying to absorb as much info as i can. I love the idea of "birdie bread/muffins" and was wondering if any of you would like to share a recipe or 2?? i'd love to try to make some for Missy and the budgies. I've had a browse through older posts/topics and havent managed to find any... except for the glop recipe which i made today, minus the bread. I used brown rice and parrot crumbles instead :)
