Finally took Baby to the vet for a checkup.
Turns out the stains around her nares are not from nicotine but from an infection. I have to give her a dose of meeds every 12 hours. Good news is that the vet said this might help with her disinterest in toys and perhaps the plucking too when we get her all healthy.
It is a little nerve wracking knowing my poor little Baby is sick. It makes me sad.

I'm sorry she's sick, but you are taking steps to get her well, and IMO you can feel a little good about that!
