His poop is watery and has some stool.
The vet gave him an anti body injection on tuesday and hydrated him. He is thinner
His behavor is he's drinking alot and eating alot but soon after he gets puffy and sleepy.
Puffy as though he is uncomfortable.
I don't know if I want to put him through heavy metal detox as we don;t know what he really has unless someone on this board can help with what I discribed.
I'm afraid he might show sign of livery failure. The Doctor said his liver is big.

Do you mean his poop is watery and has scant feces? Or that he has diarrhea? If your vet is an avian vet and you have confidence in his or her capabilities, the best thing you can probably do is follow his or her advice. I think there are a number of conditions that can present with those sort of symptoms and I'm not a vet... I hope your bird starts to feel better!

Well i have an uncle that was a breeder for 15 years.
He always told me don't waste money if it doesen't look too serious i think possibly your bird
may have a small cold try putting it somewhere in a small room an crank the heat up
maybe about 80-90 degrees with a heater slowly in 24 hrs he should be fine. then slowly get the heat lower an he shoudn't get sick from leaving a warm area to fast
