I generally don't live in a bubble, but why I find END so scary is because the USDA and state agriculture depts get involved and have the power to "depopulate" birds, including pet birds.

Wow. Pinellas county is pretty much in the middle of the gulf coast of FL (I grew up in Clearwater), so I hope it stays isolated to a few wild cormorants.
