juice from concentrate is just juice with the water content removed for shipping purposes, then the consumer adds it back in. In the case of juice in cartons or jugs it is added back in at the plant and bottled for sale. Coke is just a syrup that the bottling plant adds to make soda, however I wouldn't recommend that for the wee birdie.

Jeff likes, cucumber and to some extent water melon. So i figured out that if i just extract the juice out of the two and give it to him, he might like it.

Well what did i know, Might was just an idead. HE LOVED IT. SO now i give him 100% Natural fruit+vegi mix juice :D.

I gave our GCC's some breakfast juice the other day, they LOVED it. Slurping it up and making little happy noises, then started dunking their pellets in the juice instead of their water. Those two are suckers for anything in a cup, you can't take a sip because when you raise the glass up someone tries to stick their head in it! hahaha.

Skittles tried to take a bath in orange juice once...hehehe. She also loves tea, fruit shakes, coffee...really anything you're unfortunate enough to be caught holding.

Watch out with the coffee, it's really bad for birds!

Cheney Bird wasn't such a fan of the orange juice I gave him. But he tried to dive head first into the mango juice. He had mango all over his little face.

Tea also has caffeine in it, it's also a diuretic so I'd be worried about the effect it'd have on your bird. That doesn't mean my birds have never stolen a beak-ful of our tea/coffee/milo, infact there's a birdy on my shoulder who shoved her head right into my tea just before! Lucky it was mostly cold

A few months ago I ordered green drink from an online website that i drink every morning. I found it would be cheaper and more efficient than buying premixed buying contents and mixing them myself. Now since the prices of drink has been raised, I want cheaper alternative to this. Can anyone share a green drink recipe with me?

Alfie hasn't tried juice yet but loves being fed water on the end of my finger, and I also noticed the other day he was sitting on my tea cup and drinking the tea! I'm not sure that this is good for him though. :monk:

Chance LOVES LOVES LOVES cranberry and 100 percent pure pomegranate juice (such as POM wonderful). You can water down the juice you give to your parrot with purified water, if preferred.

Juice, such as cranberry and pomegranate is good for them, just keep to the pure stuff and stay away from the sugary juices and citrus juices, too. Also, not to be a nag but please don't give your birds coffee or tea, EVER. Tiki stole a sip of my coffee before and was fine but it's really not good for them; caffeine is an absolute no-no.
