I'm closing the thread.

I don't think anything new and of worth will come out of anybody at this point. However, I do think the conversation, regardless of what "side" you were on was a good one to have.

I think everyone involved has to take a moment and realize that none of us hold the absolute truth when it comes to parrot ownership - each individual does what they think is best for their birds. This of course will bring arguments, some more passionate than others, and at one point, you just have to say you piece and let go of the rest.
