I don't have one, but I feel like I should. I don't even really have human first aid supplies apart from a few bandaids (for Cheney Bird bites!) and neosporin. I don't even know where to start with one and I'd probably have better luck getting one if somewhere sold them premade.
http://www.bailey-foundation.org/howto/ ... st-aid-kit That link is to the rescue I adopted Cheney Bird from. They have a great article with suggestions for what to put in an avian first aid kid. I'm going to put mine together as I get the pieces needed. Right now, I'm mostly concerned with emergency kits and plans for my birds due to all the crazy weather the Mid-West and Northeast U.S. has had lately.
I think to start, I'll be getting the following items:
Small towels
Pedialite
Baby Food
Pellets, Seed
Tweezers
Cotton Balls
Q-Tips
Popcicle Sticks
Scissors
Qwik-Stop
Eventually, I'd like to add the rest of the suggested supplies from that link. My birds aren't particularly accident prone and they've never been cut or otherwise injured, but it's always a possibility something could happen.
