I need recipes.

My little guys are becoming near seed junkies. Apple went from pellets and veggies to rejecting all and starve his little crop until I whip out the seeds. Spice will eat fresh foods, but since Apple barely touches any... any bread/pancake recipes that work for your birds? :)
