Feather

he has a feather that is about to fall off on the top of his wing it is like hanging their what should i do? is it okay. the feather sticks like straight up!

Generally it's best to just leave it. Sometimes it's a molted feather that has already been released. In that case it will fall out next time he flaps or if you grab it gently and pull, it will come out with no force at all. If it's not falling out, it could be broken. Generally best to leave it but if you think it is causing a lot of discomfort you can cut lower at the base below where it is busted. Generally the best thing is to just leave it alone and let the bird take care of it.

i just left it be and he clipped the bottom of it himself i don't think it was molting, i think it was a broken feather that he got when he was playing
