If this is a vomit and not a regurgitation then go to the vet! From what I hear regurgitations are clean, i.e. they don't get it all over themselves. Vomits are sudden explusions like a human, all over. With the bird not eating and displaying abnormal behaviors... vet visit.

Please describe what happened when he was "puking" so that we can better understand. Where was he? In his cage? On your finger? Were you petting him? What substance did he vomit? This will better help us to understand and offer suggestions to you.
