Wild Birds

I found a wild bird today. and It couldn't fly right. Its an adult bird. It doesnt seem to have a broken wing but it can hop and fly around but it cant fly to leave my house. I dont know whats wrong with it. could it be broken wing? a sprained wing?

All I can tell you is I saw the same thing in a Canadian Goose. When I caught it and took it to Wildlife Rehabilitation at the NC Zoo they found fishing line embeded in it's legs and had absest.
It couldn't fly because it was in too much pain.
