my budgie wont eat the millet spray i give him. is there other treats that he might eat from my hand? no nuts at all.

You have a very spoiled bird.... 
UmmmI don't know maybe he might like some fruit of vegetables as a treat. It's not IMPORTANT that they have those things but I would still try and find one that s/he likes. Hope you find one lol (Sorry if this wasn't really a help.)
