is my budgie sick?

i have noticed recently that my budgie has been closing her eyes and very slightly shaking a lot. could she be sick, or could she just be cold or tired or something? and i have no money so i cant take her to the vet. (and i doubt its a vitamin deficiency because i give her bird vitamins) what could it be? how can i help her?

I think she's sick. You do need to take her to a vet ASAP.
