Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Bentonite Clay, Cuttlebone, Potassium Chloride, Dicalcium Phosphate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Silicoaluminate, Dextrose, Potassium Iodide, and Sodium Bicarbonate.

It's good, sometimes in shops they sell iodine blocks which are basically to give birds extra minerals. I have one myself, and it would be good on a perch.

I would suggest a Manu mineral block. That is what I use for my birds.
