You'll have to let us know what kinds of foods are available in your area. I always look new foods up on Google to make sure they are safe for the birds and if I can't find a definite answer I don't feed them.
Dark leafy green vegetables are very good. So are red, orange, and yellow vegetables. Try to offer a variety. My birds really like kale and boy choy but I don't know if they are available near you. Some vegetables I feed my birds are kale, collard greens, bok choy, peppers (both regular peppers and hot peppers), carrots, corn, and peas. Some fruits to try are melons, apples, berries, pomegranate, and mango. There are also many seeds you can feed your bird and you can also sprout them. Nuts are good too.
And about pellets, is there really no way to get them where you are? I would be surprised to find out that was true. Have you tried contacting a few online stores to ask if they will ship to you? I know some American/Canadian stores ship bird supplies to customers in Japan so Egypt shouldn't be a problem. I give my birds some Harrison's pellet and some Totally Organic Pellets.
Have you tried sprouting yet? It is a great way to feed them. I am sprouting some quinoa right now. If you can get quinoa easily that would be great. I would suggest trying to sprout one type of seed at a time and see what happens.
You can also feed beans and lentils after they have been cooked thoroughly. You can try sprouting lentils too. I'm sure you have tons of different beans to try out.
And finally here is a link to an Egyptian food blog I just found. You can browse through it and see which foods you can find in your area. Just double check online to make sure they are not bad for birds.

Do you have couscous? My birds simply love couscous! I would try cooking up a small batch of couscous and adding some chopped up vegetables and maybe mixing an egg in at first to tempt them. Hopefully they will like it.
