Sitting on bottom of cage

Hi. I was a bit worried about ladu. I am in my relatives house and he is here with me, we came on Saturday and are still here now they also have three cockatiels. He has been sitting on the floor of his cage for a bit, then after a minute he gets up again. Sometimes he runs around at the bottom but this is different. I wonder if it is because of a new environment or if he is Ill. I am really worried about him so I would be very appreciative of any replies.

Is he acting fluffy? It could be from stress, but stress also begets sickness. I would take him to a vt if he doesn't get better by today.

My Tiel's do this occasionally, they go down there, squat down and chill out. They also do it on the floor boards/carpet. I don't see it as any big deal.

he is doing everything as usual, and he hasnt been doing it since i posted the topic. i think he was just a bit tired but thanks everyone for the replies!
