Thank you for the response guys. I do find it frustrating when I ask things like "is taro OK for birds" and breeders just ask what taro is.

This is the recipe I plan on using, I'll post pictures later tonight.

Roma tomatoes
Water
Carrots
Spinach
Celery
Red bell pepper

Served over brown rice and pellets.

Oh, and if anyone knows if rice paper is OK or not I would love to make birdie spring rolls.

Yep, rice paper is okay. There is a highly commended vendor that uses rice paper: http://phoenixforagingrolls.com/

Well, I forgot to take pictures but he's finally eating veggies again with the sauce, and he loves the spring rolls! He opens them like they're Christmas presents.

I've also realized that for the past ten days he's been expressing bluffig signs, so that would probably explain all the attitude changes.

I guess I am lucky that Rambo came from a good home and my friend shared with him. I still can't get him to eat pellets. He has learned new foods because Myrtle now tries everything. Hard to believe all she had before was seed and water.

hi
My ringneck will usually eat almost anything, although i try to stop her having too much suger even natural suger because i think shes addicted.
someone baked me a bannana cake for my birhday and she went comptly nuts. i gave her a bit of actlual bannana but not the cake as i was worried about the refined suger. :)
