A mixture I made that consists of a hard boiled egg, sliced pecans, and Bag O' Bugs. I mashed it all together with a spoon and served it in the little bowls. Obviously not a meal they should eat every day! I'm sure I don't need to tell you guys how much they loved this.

Another concentrated dose of red palm oil. A hard boiled egg mashed up with mung bean sprouts, quinoa sprouts, and red palm oil. They loved it. I swear these little red palm oil dishes took care of all of their pin feathers. All of them.
