Rice krispies, quinoa, pasta(cooked, unsalted), spaghetti(cooked, unsalted) etc.

Fruits and Veggies are necessary for your bird. Various grains and leafy greens are good as well.

Mine also like cooked rice, barley, couscous, sweet potatoe, noodles and most canned and frozen vegies.
