can my red lory have pecans?

Postby songbird280 » Tue Nov 15, 2011 3:19 pm

My red lory "True Love" got ahold of a pecan today and ate the whole thing! Lories are'nt supposed to have seeds or nuts, will she be o.k.? She really seemed to like it alot and would'nt let me take it, do you think it's o.k. to continue giving pecans to her as an occasional treat?
