How many time a day or a week should I give my cockatiel vegetables?

My cockatiels refuse to eat vegetables even after weeks of leaving carrots, apples (not a veggie i know), and other stuff. THey just aren't interested. I do try to give them dried papaya which they love. I'm still trying to figure it out

ok thank you. My bird is 3 months and is really tamed. He likes to eat a lot even if I already gave him food. Should I give him food or treats when he cries even if he already eaten?
