Budgies fighting over food

Please help me. Please.
My budgies have recently been getting in little quarrels over food. I keep pellets available to them at all times and they can only eat seed during training, short breakfast, and a short dinner. But they've not been actually eating pellets, and they fight when seed comes. Of course I have to ignore them to show them that that's bad behavior, but then when I turn around they start screeching again. I have to move fast to slip in the seed before they bite each other.
I'm worried about Perry, because Lemonlime's a little older, much tougher, and fiercer. Fierce budgies are scary. Very scary. How can I stop them before they kill each other over their food? I need answers fast.

If I put them in a separate cage they get lonely...
Perry walks out targeting on my arm and Lemonlime screeches like crazy.

Myrtle and Rambo have a variety of bowls but always seem to want to eat at the same one at the same time. I put two bowls of the same stuff on opposite sides of the cage.

Yes, this is the best thing to do. Just buy an extra bowl, the first budgie that eats from that bowl will want to start using that one and it will probably always eat from there.
