For a couple of days i had an amazing little baby now i have a little terror again that constantly biting and drawing blood and screaming at me and i dont understand it! Im even at the point where i keep giving him sunflower seeds just to keep him happy n make him b quiet :'(. I wasnt going to try mango as most "sloppy" kinds of things he seems to dislike but ill try anything! Im desperate!

i think you could try feeding him cooked quinioa its a south american grain that sprouts easily.it cooks in ten minates roughluy and its really high in potien you could make little balls on cooked sweet potatoe and roll them in quinoa this wil look more interesting for your conure so he might like it. You could also put fresh dreid cyanne p;epper in the mix and see if he /she likes that. i recomend you experiement and persevere.
i knew a person with a sun conure who liked cooked quinoa with kale. both those things would be good for him.

you could also try roudyboosh pellets micheal uses those. i use harrisons because roudybush isnt avaliable exept if i odered directly from the manufacurer.

If you sprout it quinoa before you feed it yoou need to rinse your sprouted seed with a citrasidal like C.S.E. OR GRAPEFUIT SEED EXTRACT YOU CAN BY IT IN HEATH FOOD stores. or you could use organic apple sider vineger for the same perpose but you need to rinse all spouted food often to prevent the growth of bacteria. It ony keeps for a few days spouts and if it smells bad dont feed it. STORE FOR MAXIMUIM THREE DAYS SPROUTS in the frige. use vineger o c.s.e when you soak the grain or seeds as well, dont forget to rince thoughly as this is really important to get rid of bacteria. RINCE several times it has to be done while germenating the sprouts and again before feeding.

i have a sprouting jar called a biolsnacky that i use for sprouting different things good luck :)
