Finely chopped, or whole?

How does your parrot like his veggies? Chopped or whole? My cockatiel likes his veggies chopped, probably because his beak is very small and he finds it harder to eat whole veggies.

She seems to like things at least warmed up a bit/slightly cooked and chopped up.
